Question 1

What is MatchHive?

Accepted Answer

MatchHive is a free closed matching service for brand marketers and creators. Most boards arrive as private hive matches: the poster sees name-cards, and the full profile after interest; the matched partner sees an anonymous brief, and the poster’s full profile only after confirm. When Explore is on, you can also browse public teasers without opening a hive match.

Question 2

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Registration, campaigns and matching are free. There is no checkout. Optional credit rewards (See me first / Strong interest) are not payments.

Question 3

Who can join?

Accepted Answer

One account, one identity: brand rep, reseller, brand principal, distributor, NGO or KOL. Agencies can join as a brand-side identity if they represent a real offering.

Question 4

How do I see a campaign?

Accepted Answer

Most boards arrive as hive matches in your Matches inbox. If Explore swipe is on, you can also browse public teasers — a left swipe only hides that public card, it does not close a hive match. Until the poster confirms, you see the brief without their name, company or contact. Showing interest shares your full profile with them.

Question 5

Why do you ask for a business card?

Accepted Answer

Verification is trust-first: upload a business card for a short manual review, or confirm a work email when email is configured. It is the same social proof as exchanging cards at a mixer, and it keeps the inbox for real marketers.

Question 6

Is my campaign public?

Accepted Answer

The full brief is not a public listing. Guests never see campaign bodies. If you publish a board as public and Explore is on, people may see a short teaser. Matched marketers see title, pitch and give/get before you confirm them. If they show interest, you can open their full profile. Your name, company and contact stay hidden until you confirm.

Question 7

How do matching emails work?

Accepted Answer

When a match is dispatched, or when matching launches after pre-register, we notify you in-app and by email if you opted in. Weekly digest covers your matching progress, not a public board.

Question 8

Can I hide or close a campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The poster can pause or close anytime. One-off boards auto-pause 14 days after the end date. Recurring boards stay active until you pause or close them.

Question 9

What about competitors and privacy?

Accepted Answer

You choose the brief. Guests and search engines do not see campaign content. A matched marketer sees the anonymous brief only. Do not post confidential pricing you cannot share with a dispatched partner.

Question 10

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@matchhive.example. We are a Hong Kong–based product and will reply in English or 繁體中文.
